Andalusian Gazpacho

Gazpacho Andaluz is arguably one of the best-known specialities, particularly in the Mediterranean region. It is a vegetable soup served cold. It is a real treat, especially on hot summer’s days. Its fresh and fruity flavour is what makes it so special and popular.

In Spain, there are a number of cold soup dishes, but Andalusian gazpacho is undoubtedly the classic.
